Frequently asked questions.
Where are you located?
We are located on Occupation road, Eston, Middlesbrough, TS69HA. We are on the left hand side after passing under the bridge .
How do i book a lesson?
To book contact the centre through facebook messenger, email or phone. Please note we are a working yard so we won’t always be able to pick up so please leave a message and we will get back to you. We also do not reply between 4.30pm Sunday and 10 am Wednesday as we are closed.
What should I wear?
For your first lesson we recommend joggers or leggings. Shoulders need to be covered. NO SKIRTS, DRESSES OR SHORTS. On your feet it's best to wear a boot with a small heel. Trainers or open toe shoes are not permitted.
Are parents allowed to watch?
For group lessons we allow 1 spectator per child as to allow room for everyone and for privates/semi-privates there can be up to 8 spectators. Please note we do not allow the use of any mobile phones or recording devices within the viewing gallery and taking photos and videos from the viewing gallery is strictly prohibited for safeguarding reasons in order to protect other riders, staff, instructors and volunteers. If you would like a photo of your child you can ask a member of staff, the coach or reception and they will organise getting a photo at either the beginning or end of the lesson.
Do i get my money back if i cancel?
All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking. 1 hour group and privates lessons must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the lesson start time. If cancelled after that time (regardless of reason), or in the case of non-attendance, the full lesson fee will be charged. Please ensure all cancellations are made by phone, voicemail, text, email or Facebook message.
Tiny tot group lessons are booked on a monthly block booking system and no refunds are given if any session is cancelled or missed by the rider.
Can I feed the horses?
Our horses are on a very strict diet and some have medical conditions which are affected by food so we do not allow public or clients to feed any of our horses without permission.
